An absolute adorable kitty!

A well adjusted, playful and loving buff and white kitty. Still young, maybe 4 to 5 months old. Appears clean and healthy as if he had been raised in a home. This animal is available for adoption at the Lakewood Animal Shelter.

All about Lola

Lola will be available for adoption on Tuesday, March 30. She's a young adult, about 1 years old. An Aussie Collar mix. A happy and lovable dog. She is a large dog, so before adopting her please consider if you have space and time for her. She's available for adoption at the Lakewood Animal Shelter.

A little Minkie for you

Minkie is a young female tabby cat that was left at the shelter gate in her carrier. It is illegal in Lakewood to abandon an animal like that. She a sweet and good kitty, but is a bit skiddish around other cats right now. She's available for adoption at the Lakewood Animal Shelter.

Lovable!

Collar 48, Spencer is an out going good looking marble tabby with black, grey and white fur. About 7 months. A staff favorite and very lovable. Adoption includes initial vaccinations and voucher toward a his neuter.

Radley, Adlephia and Sweetie are all at the shelter waiting to be adopted to go their fur-ever homes. Sweetie is a friendly female orange kitty who has been at the shelter for well over a month. Radley is a tall black male kitty and Adlephia is a adorable tortoiseshell.

Miss Higgins and Kittens

Miss Higgins came to us when her two male kittens were only a week old, and the three of them were promptly taken into foster care.

Mama and kittens are happy and healthy and will be available for adoption in early April.

Lost Cat in Lakewood

We received an email from a gentleman who's cat escaped from it's pet sitter's home in Lakewood last night. The cat has been spotted in the area of Onondaga and Madison. The pet sitter and neighbors have set up a Have-A-Heart trap in the pet sitter's backyard hoping food will attract the kitty and she will get trapped. If you have any suggestion, please submit a comment. If you're in the area, look for her please. Her owner is out of state for work and very concerned!
