June is Adopt-a-Shelter-Cat Month!

What better way to celebrate Adopt-a-Shelter-Cat Month than visiting the Lakewood Animal Shelter and taking home a cat or two (the more the merrier!)? It comes at a perfect time as "kitten season" is just ramping up. We are currently at capacity at the shelter (we admitted 9 cats JUST TODAY) so we are in dire need of adopters. Please share this with your friends, family, coworkers, cutie you just met, etc.! Below are some of our kitties that need homes:

I'd also like to note that our 8th Annual Hair of the Dog last week was a success thanks to all our supporters! We had a great time meeting all of you and hope you had as much fun as we did. Over the course of the night we raised over $4000 to help our shelter animals.
